Fair Registration Practices Reports

The College of Denturists of Ontario provides annual Fair Registration Practices Reports to the Office of the Fairness Commissioner (OFC)

The OFC is an independent agency of the Ontario government established under the Fair Access to Regulated Professions and Compulsory Trades Act, 2006 (FARPACT).

The OFC requires all regulated health professions in Ontario to submit annual reports about their registration practices and their compliance with the requirements of FARPA and/or the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 (RHPA). The reports ensure that our registration requirements are transparent, objective, impartial and fair.

The content provided in the reports is specified in the Fair Registration Practices Reports: Guidelines for Ontario’s Regulatory Bodies.

Fair Registration Practices Reports are available to the public and posted by March 30th of each year.
