Notation of the Fact
As a result of its investigation of a Registrar’s Report, a Panel of the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee decided to caution Mr. Manusos Klouvidakis.
Summary of the Caution
The Panel cautions Mr. Klouvidakis regarding his responsibility pursuant to the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 mandate that denturists registered with the College participate in a Quality Assurance Program which includes participation in Continuing Professional Development activities. The panel also cautions Mr. Klouvidakis for failing to respond appropriately in writing within thirty (30) days to written communication from the College that requested a response.

Summary:
Specified allegations of professional misconduct were referred to the Discipline Committee, a hearing has not yet been scheduled. In consideration for the College seeking to indefinitely adjourn the Hearing on a without cost basis, Mr. Klouvidakis agrees to resign from the College effective September 30, 2020; immediately and forever refrain from: using the protected title Denturist, fitting and dispensing removable dentures as this controlled act is authorized to members of the College; and holding himself out as and/or pretending to be a member of the College. Further, Mr. Klouvidakis agrees as of the effective date, to never apply for registration, licensure or similar status with the College and to have this Undertaking and/or its terms posted on the College's register, website and/or publications.
