Summary:
Mr. Mouamer has been criminally charged with 16 counts of sexual assault, contrary to section 271 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
It is alleged that Mario Mouamer:
(1) On or about the 19th day of June in the year 2017 at the City of Windsor in the Southwest Region did commit a sexual assault on AA, contrary to section 271 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
(2) Between the 1st day of September in the year 2013 and the 30th day of October in the year 2013 at the City of Windsor in the Southwest Region did commit a sexual assault on BB, contrary to section 271 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
(3) Between the 1st day of September in the year 2013 and the 31st day of October in the year 2013 at the City of Windsor in the Southwest Region did commit a sexual assault on BB, contrary to section 271 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
(4) Between the 1st day of January in the year 2017 and the 31st day of January in the year 2017 at the City of Windsor in the Southwest Region did commit a sexual assault on DD, contrary to section 271 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
(5) Between the 1st day of February in the year 2017 and the 28th day of February in the year 2017 at the City of Windsor in the Southwest Region did commit a sexual assault on DD, contrary to section 271 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
(6) Between the 1st day of January in the year 2013 and the 31st day of December in the year 2014 at the City of Windsor in the Southwest Region did commit a sexual assault on EE, contrary to section 271 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
(7) Between the 1st day of June in the year 2016 and the 30th day of June in the year 2016 at the City of Windsor in the Southwest Region did commit a sexual assault on FF, contrary to section 271 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
(8) Between the 1st day of July in the year 2016 and the 31st day of July in the year 2016 at the City of Windsor in the Southwest Region did commit a sexual assault on FF, contrary to section 271 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
(9) On or about the 23rd day of March in the year 2015 at the City of Windsor in the Southwest Region did commit a sexual assault on GG, contrary to section 271 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
(10) Between the 1st day of January in the year 2016 and the 31st day of January in the year 2016 at the City of Windsor in the Southwest Region did commit a sexual assault on HH, contrary to section 271 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
(11) Between the 1st day of August in the year 2016 and the 31st day of August in the year 2016 at the City of Windsor in the Southwest Region did commit a sexual assault on II, contrary to section 271 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
(12) Between the 1st day of April in the year 2014 and the 7th day of July in the year 2014 at the City of Windsor in the Southwest Region did commit a sexual assault on JJ, contrary to section 271 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
(13) Between the 1st day of September in the year 2016 and the 31st day of October in the year 2016 at the City of Windsor in the Southwest Region did commit a sexual assault on KK, contrary to section 271 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
(14) On or about the 18th day of February in the year 2015 at the City of Windsor in the Southwest Region did commit a sexual assault on LL, contrary to section 271 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
(15) On or about the 23rd day of March in the year 2017 at the City of Windsor in the Southwest Region did commit a sexual assault on MM, contrary to section 271 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
(16) Between the 1st day of September in the year 2015 and the 30th day of September in the year 2015 at the City of Windsor in the Southwest Region did commit a sexual assault on NN, contrary to Section 271 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
(17) Between the 1st of October in the year 2015 and the 31st day of October in the year 2015 at the City of Windsor in the Southwest Region did commit a sexual assault on NN, contrary to Section 271 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
