Conditions and Limitiations
Mr. Kenyon is required to construct ten (10) new sets of dentures on a pro-bono basis for persons otherwise unable to afford them by no later than December 31, 1998. Failing to do so, Mr. Kenyon's certificate of registration will be suspended for a further period of three months from January 1, 1999 until March 31, 1999. Furthermore, Mr. Kenyon's certificate of registration will not be reinstated following the suspension until he has done the following: pay the College's costs, bring his fees up-to-date and provide proof of professional liability insurance.
