Initial Registration Fee

Certificate of Authorization – Initial Registration Fee
$1,130.00 ($1,000.00 + $130.00 HST)

The COA Initial Registration Fee may be paid by cheque (payable to “The College of Denturists”), Visa or MasterCard.

Annual Renewal Fee

Annual Certificate of Authorization Renewal Fee
$395.50 ($350.00 + $45.50 HST)

Late Payment Fee
$150.00

Service Charge for Declined Payments
$45.00

Acceptable Forms of Payment

• Cheque made payable to “The College of Denturists of Ontario”
• Pay online with Visa or MasterCard during renewal

COA Annual Renewal Deadline

The deadline for completing the renewal process, including payment of applicable fees is by 11:59 p.m. EST on March 31^st.  Annual online renewal is available beginning February 15^th.

Please keep in mind that the deadline for renewing your Certificate of Registration is also March 31^st. Please note that you have separate login credentials for renewal of your Certificate of Registration.
