Obtaining a Corporation Profile Report
Registrants are required to submit a Corporation Profile Report when applying for and when renewing a Certificate of Authorization.
Please allow enough processing time when obtaining your Corporation Profile Report before the annual renewal of Certificates of Authorization.
Corporation Profile Reports must be dated within 30 days of the date the report is submitted to the College.
Below are several options for obtaining a Corporation Profile Report:
Option 1: Ontario Business Registry
Cost: $8.00 per report

Option 2: ESC Corporate Services (Registry Complete)
Cost: $74.57 per report plus tax and fees for casual users

Requests are processed online.
Instructions:
- Click “Login”, then “Get Started” under Search Services for Corporations, Business Names, and Partnerships.
- Login or register to proceed.
- Follow the prompts to conduct a Corporate/Business search and request a Corporate Profile - Current Date.
- Note: The “Client Reference” field is for your own reference and does not affect the search.
- Enter your payment information and place your order.
Option 3: eCore: Powered by oncorp (Dye & Durham)
Cost: $140.35 per report plus tax and fees

Requests are processed online.
Instructions:
- Select “I am a new user” (or “I have previous purchased a subscription” as appropriate).
- Select “My College requires a corporation profile report” and then “Next”.
- Search for and select your corporation, then continue.
Follow the prompts to order a Profile Report.
- Enter your payment information and place your order.
