  • Dec 10 Public Notice The College is currently investigating VICTOR MINAS #512-94 for approaching an oral health professional in an attempt to practice and/or financially benefit from the practice of denturism while under suspension by orders of the Discipline Committee. The investigation is ongoing and the allegations have not been proven. However, the Registrar believes there is a compelling public interest to disclose the nature of this investigation. Read More

Fair Registration Practices Reports

The College of Denturists of Ontario provides annual Fair Registration Practices Reports to the Office of the Fairness Commissioner (OFC). 

The OFC is an independent agency of the Ontario government established under the Fair Access to Regulated Professions and Compulsory Trades Act, 2006 (FARPACT). 

The OFC requires all regulated health professions in Ontario to submit annual reports about their registration practices and their compliance with the requirements of FARPA and/or the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 (RHPA). The reports ensure that our registration requirements are transparent, objective, impartial and fair.
