Professional Portfolio
The professional portfolio is the place where registrants document their participation in the required elements of the Quality Assurance program.
Registrants must keep the following documents related to the current CPD cycle in their professional portfolio:
- Completed Self-Assessment Tool
- A record of CPD activities (this can be printed directly from your online member profile, through the Member Portal);
- Proof of completion for CPD activities
If selected for a Peer and Practice Assessment, a member will be asked to provide their professional portfolio to the Assessor for review. The random selection process for Peer and Practice Assessment occurs after the annual renewal in late spring. The Quality Assurance Committee may request the submission of a professional portfolio when considering matters of non-compliance with the Quality Assurance Program.
